My journey into baking began with a childhood memory. Visiting grandma Hilz in Pilot Point, I watched her pull warm, homemade butter bread from the oven. That sight sparked a lifelong intrigue and a desire to learn the art of baking. As a teenager, I experimented with bundt cakes, cookies, and strawberry shortcakes, always dreaming of owning my own bakery.
